A Notice on the Exemption for Embankment Protection Cost was published by Shenzhen Local Tax Bureau on September 17, 2014. The main content of this Notice are as follows:

 

1. Starting from September 1, 2014 (Charging Period of Tax), Shenzhen Embankment Protection Cost shall be exempted.

 

2. All the tax payers in Shenzhen can enjoy the exemption for Embankment Protection Cost.

 

3. All the tax payers shall finish the tax declaration for August Embankment Protection Cost before 30^th September 2014. The enterprises that declare and pay taxes by the quarter shall calculate the Embankment Protection Cost for July and August and arrange for the payment in time.
